Policy Issue

Website business is converted directly to the SHOP insured database as pending business - which is presented to the users for review. If qualified, approval for issue is simply a keystroke entry.
If the solicitation is by mail, solicitants are loaded directly to the SHOP systems. Since solicitants and insureds reside on the same database, activation is as easy as changing the status from “solicitation” to “issue”. This process greatly improves accuracy and speed.

For each type of paper application, a series of system prompts follow the order of the questions as they appear on the specific application. This pairing of application answers to entry questions provides for exceptional efficiency. Issue qualification can also be determined based on response.

Maintenance and storage of preprinted policy forms has been eliminated. The entire policy package is laser printed. This State, agent, product and rider sensitive document generator is fully automated and integrated with the insured database. Privacy notices, letters, and other special documents can be printed and included with the declarations page and policy forms. A labor-intensive process is entirely eliminated, and form errors are virtually non-existent.
